PRE- & POST ASSIGNMENTS
Establish benchmarks, goals and measurements.
Once accepted into the program, pre-assignments provide the opportunity to assess strengths and weaknesses, engage the leader's leader in the learning process, and establish critical factors for success. Measuring effectiveness is an integral part of defining success of the program for the participant, therefore benchmarks are established through various self-assessments. Defining result-oriented learning goals that are relevant to the business needs and to the team dynamic is also important. A 360 feedback assessment, and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement are completed. Defining personal learning goals for each person ensure full engagement in the process.
Post-program assessments are also completed to measure the skill and behaviour change in each learner. NPS and 360 surveys are also completed a second time and analyzed for impact on results and teams.
