Your time commitment:

• 1-hour Discovery consultation and set-up call
• 5 hours of virtual mentoring sessions
• survey for select members of your organization (x2)
• weekly coaching & accountability calls
• habit tracker implementation; journaling daily

Upon completion of registration, a timetable scheduler link will be sent to assist you in booking your first Discovery session.  Upon completion of the Discovery session, you will receive your pre-work assignments and schedule key action dates for the program.

The 3 focus modules are an opportunity to customize your learning and to help us concentrate our efforts on what is most relevant for you right now.  These are selected at the beginning of the program, oftentimes using the Leadership Audit and the 360 feedback you receive to guide the choice.  Module selections can be changed mid-stream if needs change or circumstances arise that necessitate a course-correction.
