Intense customized mentorship program to accelerate your strategic leadership capability.  This program will immerse the leader in learning, feedback, measurement, accountability and coaching as you work with Dawn Frail on your path to leadership excellence.

This program includes:

Your time commitment:

  • 1-hour Discovery consultation and set-up call
  • 5 hours of virtual mentoring sessions
  • survey for select members of your organization (x2)
  • weekly coaching & accountability calls
  • habit tracker implementation; journaling daily

Upon completion of registration, a timetable scheduler link will be sent to assist you in booking your first Discovery session.  Upon completion of the Discovery session, you will receive your pre-work assignments and schedule key action dates for the program.
