Leadership Essentials Seminar Series helps you take your leadership adventure to the next level. Participants will learn the most important competencies associated with being a great leader. Whether you lead a large team or small, local or global, your ability to unleash the greatness in your people depends on your own leadership capability.
Participants will learn about the four most important skills needed when leading people. Each week, a deep dive into one of the essential skills will help you understand how to truly engage a team and help them succeed.

What you'll learn:
- Session 1: Psychology of Change (understand why people resist change, how to help reduce resistance and gain buy-in, and apply a transition model to help get great results quickly)
- Session 2: Performance Potential ( learn how to use the 2 key questions to understand what your team needs from you so you can determine how to help them perform at their peak)
- Session 3: Personality Patterns (understand keys to leadership psychology based on the Myers-Briggs personality type theory, and learn to lead and influence people based on their own preferences)
- Session 4: Leaders in Action (define who you want to be as a leader and the contribution you want to make to your team and your company; learn to seek the right kind of feedback; build trust and loyalty)
